Born in Toronto and a lifetime resident of Oakville, Phil attended Loyola, St. Thomas Aquinas and Holy Trinity Catholic secondary schools. He has recently moved to Hamilton where he helps educate the community on real estate market stats in the region.
In 2009 he graduated and received a Diploma from Mohawk College in Broadcasting Television and Communications For Media. Phil then went on to work for Deluxe Post Production for a number of years on academy award nominated films and cinema productions downtown Toronto.
After taking full time care of his daughter Adelaide, Phil decided to get his Real Estate Licence and start his Realtor career in 2012.
In 2013 Phil was diagnosed with Cancer (Hodgkin’s lymphoma). After a 1 year battle undergoing Chemotherapy and Radiation therapy he successfully beat the disease. Phil thankfully has been in remission since early 2014.
Since then he has been helping clients in the Real Estate field, working with families to understand their wants and needs to help find them the perfect home. Phil’s positive attitude and friendly approach really helps in this competitive housing market.
Phil’s spare time is spent time with his 13 year old daughter Adelaide, and his 2 Boston Terriers, Bowser and Oscar. His hobbies include DJ’ing, cooking, volleyball and rock climbing.
