He took his interests to Sheridan College where he attended the advanced diploma Marketing program. Matt's systematic + personal approach always ensures a winning deal for his clients!
Matt has deep roots in Real Estate. His grandfather, Paul Coughlin (Mr. Bow tie), co-founded national brand Country-Wide Real Estate. Over the years it was inevitable that Matt would combine his passion for marketing with a career in Real Estate as he has had 9 family members who have been/ currently are in the business.
When Matt gets some downtime he enjoys spending it with his son's Benjamin, and Charlie, wife Sarah, and 2 dogs, Minnie and Tyson. He enjoys Summer’s with weekends up at his dad's cottage in Bala, or mom's in Collingwood, BBQ'ing, and playing Golf.

She has excelled in her sales role by maintaining building relationships with various members of the dental team and exceeding her ongoing monthly targets. She has a huge drive to succeed, lives to help others and has a keen sense of customer service by having great attention to detail.
In her personal life, she has recently had the joy of becoming a Mom to her and Matt’s son, Benjamin. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and is a major foodie at heart.

Josh took his passion for marketing and law to Sheridan College where he attended 2 programs and received 2 diplomas. Josh also attended York University and took a 3 year Bachelors Degree in Law and Society while playing hockey for the York Lions Men’s hockey team.
Josh has been involved with Real Estate since graduating from high school. His interests have been with investing in real estate and dealing with landlords and tenants. Over the years it was inevitable that Josh would combine his passion for marketing with a career in Real Estate.
