Matt was raised in picturesque Oakville, having attended both Iroquois Ridge High School, and Holy Trinity Catholic Secondary School. Matt took his passion for marketing/ graphics to Sheridan College where he attended the 3 year advanced diploma program, while playing goalie for the Sheridan Bruins...Bruins for life!

Matt has deep roots in Real Estate. His grandfather, Paul Coughlin (Mr. Bow tie), co-founded national brand Country-Wide Real Estate. Over the years it was inevitable that Matt would combine his passion for marketing with a career in Real Estate as he has had 9 family members who have been/ currently are in the business.

When Matt gets some downtime he enjoys spending it with his son Benjamin, wife Sarah, and 2 dogs, Minnie and Tyson. He enjoys our short Summer’s with weekends up at his cottage in Bala, BBQ'ing, playing Golf, and baseball.

Pet Peeve: Matt's a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to his house, any creeks, squeaks, or mess drive him a little bit crazy!

Sarah was born in Ottawa, Ontario and moved around the Country growing up. Her family finally settled in Oakville in 2000. She attended both Blakelock and Loyola Highschool. Moving around a lot as a child has made her very versatile, adaptable and

Her eagerness to help people lead her to a rewarding career in Dental Hygiene. After working in various offices, she later moved into dental sales. She has excelled in her sales role by maintaining building relationships with various members of the dental team and exceeding her ongoing monthly targets. She has a huge drive to succeed, lives to help others and has a keen sense of customer service by having great attention to detail.

In her personal life, she has recently had the joy of becoming a Mom to her and Matt’s son, Benjamin. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and is a major foodie at heart.

With over 15 years of small business management and growth, Tom brings experience clients are looking for when it comes to sourcing new homes, construction management and investing in real estate. Tom has an honours business degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and has been actively involved in real estate for over 10 years.

 

Josh Shrum

Business development manager

Josh was raised in Oakville, having attended Pinegrove Public School, and Queen Elizabeth Park. Josh took his passion for marketing and law to Sheridan College where he attended 2 programs and received 2 diplomas. Josh also attended York University and took a 3 year Bachelors Degree in Law and Society while playing hockey for the York Lions Men’s hockey team.

Josh has been involved with Real Estate since graduating from high school. His interests have been with investing in real estate and dealing with landlords and tenants. Over the years it was inevitable that Josh would combine his passion for marketing with a career in Real Estate.

When Josh gets some downtime he enjoys spending it with his daughter Sloane, wife Jenna, and dog, Griffin. He enjoys playing Golf, Softball and Hockey.
